      In Warren Co. Ky. Deed Book Volume 19-20:
      1846 1847 Robert Walker sells to Samuel Hack 50 acres of land for 40 dollars
      dated 16 Sept 1844.

      Their marriage is in Marriage Book - A page 113 and the marriage application is dated October 28 1843. His fathers consent is given. His father is Jonathan Hack. Witnessed by Peter Cline and John Honaker. They were married by Jesse Moon. This information is in marriage book - A, Warren County Ky.

      wife Sally Ann(Doyle) she is 30 and born in Allen Co. KY.

      William Pendelton is 4 and born in Warren co. Ky.
      Bluford is 2 born in Warren Co. Ky
      M.L. who is 3 Months old.
      R. Earnest 72 years old.

      Samuels civil war records: He was ordered into service Aug 8th 1862 at Linn
      Creek Mo. By Co. J. W. Mcclurg. He was in the 47th Regiment Enrolled Mo
      Militia and was a Private under Captain Green Co. B. Also he was Enrolled in
      the 9th Prov. Regt Enrolled Mo. Militia under Col T. L. Crawford July 1 1863 at
      Linn Creek Mo. and was Discharged Nov 20 1863. This info. is from the State
      Archives at Sec of States Office Jefferson City Mo.
