==============
" Logan (Bluford) was born three years after Ima Lee. When he was a baby we were living on a farm about a mile from Nebo. A big old farmhouse with an upstairs and attic. My first year in school, Kit and I walked a mile or so to school. One day in early fall we found our house had burned to the ground. No fire department, no running water just neighbors with buckets. Water dipped from a nearby creek. Mom had got out with Logan— all our family pictures, mementos, everything just ashes." Source : Irene Hack
